Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if the following conditions are met:

- Items are unused, unassembled, and uninstalled
- Products are in original condition and packaging
- Return authorization is obtained from Noblewood Cabinets LLC
- Items are not custom-made or special-order products
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or made-to-order cabinets
- Assembled or installed products
- Modified or altered items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products not in original packaging
- Items damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation
- Returns sent without prior authorization
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved in advance. To request a return authorization, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Delivery address
- Reason for return
- Photos of product (if applicable)
Noblewood Cabinets LLC will review the request and provide return instructions if approved.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product value. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Noblewood Cabinets LLC or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Noblewood is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Inspection and Approval
Once returned items are received, Noblewood Cabinets LLC will inspect them to confirm eligibility. Products that are damaged, used, or not in resellable condition may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed using one of the following methods:

- Store credit

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must notify Noblewood Cabinets LLC within 21 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging. We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for eligible items. Customers must follow the return process and place a new order unless otherwise agreed.
