This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges may be processed. By purchasing from Noblewood Cabinets LLC, you agree to the policy outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 21 days of delivery
  • Return must be approved by Noblewood Cabinets LLC before shipping
  • Products must not be installed, assembled, or modified

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or made-to-order cabinets
  • Assembled or installed products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Products not in original packaging

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product value. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact Noblewood Cabinets LLC and provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of product (if applicable)

Once the return is approved, instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the customer's expense.

Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Noblewood Cabinets LLC will process the refund. Refunds may be issued in one of the following ways:

  • Original method of payment
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Partial refund if applicable

Processing times may vary depending on payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify Noblewood Cabinets LLC within 21 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging. Noblewood will review the claim and may offer:

  • Replacement parts
  • Product replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Store credit

Claims submitted after 21 days may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if processing or production has not begun. Once assembly, custom manufacturing, or packaging has started, cancellations may not be permitted. Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking or processing fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Noblewood error or defective product. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping services. Noblewood Cabinets LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible items. Customers must follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement product unless otherwise agreed.
